In the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees at 850 m altitude in the High Couserans region, we offer a holiday accommodations in a recently restored stone-built barn on our farm. South facing, with a view of the mountains, the gîte is light-filled and can accommodate 5 to 7 persons. You'll be assured a pleasant stay with us in this in a quality, comfortable space.
A varied menagerie of animals live here : a little family of pigs, a donkey and a mare who are inseparable friends, a few chickens here and there, two mischievous cats and a joyful band of three boisterous dogs. We will be your only neighbors. |

On site you can sample the produce from our farm : homemade jams (blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, apple-walnut), charcuteries (country pâté, dried sausage, cured ham...), sourdough bread, fresh eggs and seasonal vegetables from our vegetable garden. We can prepare a farm meal for your arrival upon prior request. The gîte comprises : on the main floor, a living area of 35 m2 with a convertible sofa and a woodburning stove, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. On the lower level (identical surface area) is a bedroom with a double bed and another room with two bunk beds and a single bed, WC and bathroom with washbasin and shower. |
