| The guestrooms of this bed and breakfast have been renovated in traditional Ariège style; they're are in both the main house and the barns (granges) on property. Surrounded by several small gardens, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the Pyrenees while you relax or share a good meal with your hosts. The house is tucked in the heart of the village of Ignaux, at 1000 m altitude, allowing friendly contact between vacationers and villagers both young and old.  Far from noise and pollution, you'll be able to fully appreciated the tranquility that's only disturbed by the footsteps of a few hikers climbing the numerous walking trails that cross the village, on their way to or from the nearby Orlu natural reserve. |

In addition, skiers are spoiled for choice in this magnificent area: the station Ax 3 Domaines (5 kms away) has 75 kms of alpine ski trails and Chioula (2 kms away) has 60 kms of cross-country trails. We are also 30 kms from Andorra. The rooms : Meals (traditional cuisine), by reservation, are taken with your hosts, then you can watch TV or read by the fire in the library.

Finally, the thermal station Ax-les-Thermes (10 minutes) offers all the facilities of a spa resort with its casino, pool, cinema and numerous cultural and sporting events throughout the year.
